Hi , Bill
My name is Linda. There are people I think in this picture that maybe
my family. The woman in front row second on left looks like my aunt "Hazel
Edwards/Coe" she is daughter of last woman on the right my grandmother "
Christina Naylor/ Edwards. I've scanned two pictures so you can compare them
to the woman last on right.
My family has very little info on family. But would be happy to help find
out more. And love any info that you mite share with us.

The Hollis - Eddings Unknown Photo
#1 The third man from the left IS my
father, John Guss Eddings. He was son of Simon Newton Eddings
and Sarah Rebecca Anne "Smith" Eddings and he was grandson of John Calvin
Eddings II and Mary Canzada "Jones" Eddings of Newton County, Arkansas. My
father was born December 03, 1913. Other faces in the photo are familiar
but I must compare it to my old photos to try and put names to faces.
This photo must have been taken in or near Coal County, Oklahoma according
to the age of my father in the photo.

It may be my imagination, but the third guy from the right and the third
woman from the right look like Mac Jackson and his wife, Winnie Sutherland.
If so the ones on the right end could be George Sutherland and his wife Lucy
Bruce. The Sutherlands and the Eddings may have been from the same place
in AR. Names ring any bells? Return to photo

The third man from the left in the back looks like my mothers brother,
Bud
Cavasos who is still living in Marysville CA. My mother was married to
Thomas Marshall Eddings until his death in 1955.

Hi Mr. Bill I'm Pixie Hollis Farmer Remember me?!?!? I printed out the
pictures that you have on the unknown photos and showed them to my father
yesterday. The first picture that you have listed is a large group of people.
That picture, my father believes is taken at the Hollis House in Jackson
TN. Can you send that picture to me in a larger size? I tried to make it
larger off the web site but that didn't work. Dad said if it was larger on
the faces he could tell us some of them. (If it is the picture he is thinking
about) He thinks the man on the far left is his father Jessie Otto Hollis.
We just need a larger picture.

I believe that the man on the left is Darrel Orville Eddings, son of Will
and Netti Eddings. Also the next man to the right is Albert Canada. He was
married to Orville's sister Alma [Chanca T]. The man to the right of John
Gus looks like Delmar Canada. The lady in the middle I believe is Netti.
If all this is correct then it is very possible that one of the two girls
on the left is Alma, Alberts wife. Orville and John Gus are second cousins.
A family photo for sure. I based these conclusions on other photos of these
